In 2000, Biard's approach was awarded ISO 9001 certification. Our primary objective is to provide a quality service.
From our first contact with you and at each step of your move, we are looking for ways to provide you with the best service possible.
In 1998, the quality of services provided by our branches in mainland France was certified ISO 9002. This certification was extended in 2002 to all our overseas branches. Armed with this certification, we continue with our efforts and internal inspections in order to improve the quality of services we give our clients.
In 2002, all the Biard removals branches were certified ISO 9001, thus joining the ranks of the first branches certified to this standard, deemed to be very exacting. |
This certification guarantees you the protection you need for your move. We have also put in place a tool which enables us to measure the quality of our services. This is the "Quality Survey" which we give you at the end of the move. Our team leaders are required to give you a copy of this survey which you then fill out and sign.
